ENTRY FEES:
Registration closes - WEDNESDAY APRIL 30TH at Midnight.
$70 - 2 Day Entry*
$45 - 1 Day Entry*
$20 - Weekend Membership (for non-SCCA members)
*MSR will add a $2 fee per entry in addition to the event fees.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE ONLINE AT COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- You may cancel your registration before Wednesday April 30th at midnight & your credit card will be issued a 100% refund.
- To cancel, return to the Motorsport.reg Dashboard to Edit Registration & select "cancel".
- If you "No show" & do not cancel your registration you will not receive the full refund.

Access allowed to site ONLY on event days.

Anyone on site non-event days will be trespassing.

Trespassing will be reported to law enforcement.

Trespassers will be subject to the Wichita SCCA Bylaws including termination of driving privileges, membership suspension, & State of Kansas trespassing charges.

NO smoking, vaping or alcohol on site anywhere. This is the landowner's rule, to protect the surrounding fields, farms, & livestock.

All minors must be under direct supervision of a parent or guardian supervision at all times.

All pets must remain on leash or confined at all times on site and not present in the grid.

Our site is located in an Amish Community. Please be aware that you may encounter buggies on the surrounding roads - pass with care and try not to spook the horses.

Speed limit into the site is 10 mph on the site.
LOCATION DIRECTIONS - Yoder Approximately 35 miles northwest of Wichita - Direction from K96:
SITE IS CLOSED 10:00 PM TO 6:00 AM.
- Exit to the West at Halstead Street (HCC South Campus/KLETC Sign at the Exit)
- Take first right at Red Rock Road
- Entrance to site is approximately 1 mile west, entry is a long dirt driveway on the left (toward the south)
- Dirt road leads to runway, follow runway south to paddock
- Please enter the facility slowly & carefully to avoid disturbing the landowners.

HOTELS AND ACCOMMODATIONS: - Fairfield Inn, Hampton, Holiday Inn Express, Super 8 or Days Inn. Avoid most of the others! While we are the Wichita Region, our autocross site is located in Yoder, KS about ten miles south of Hutchinson, KS. Keep this in mind when looking for lodging, gas stations, restaurants, auto parts stores, and groceries.
EVENT SCHEDULE:
Friday, May 2nd
5:30 to 8:00 PM TECH will be open for those wanting to get their cars tech'd before the event. To streamline tech we will be accepting all MiDiv region's annual tech. Let the registration worker know if you have an annual tech from your region.
Site will also be open for those who just want to come checkout the site and/or socialize or visit Yoder's Amish restaurants. Bull's Eye Grill - made to order hamburgers, sandwiches, and ice cream - and Carriage Crossing - home cooked meals, pie, and cinnamon rolls. Both closed Sunday!
Saturday, May 3rd and Sunday, May 4th

After the event Saturday, be sure you visit Hutchinson's famous Cosmosphere Space Museum - open until 7:00 - and the Strataca Underground Salt Museum - closes at 3:00.
REGISTRATION:
Sign SCCA Liability Paper Waiver at registration or have your SCCA Annual Waiver Card.
Save time get your card digitally at Link to SCCA to complete an Annual Waiver digitally. Check your heat, grid, and work assignments.
Do you have a child between 12-17 who is going to participate? Link to SCCA Minor Waivers digitally or to fill out the required SCCA minor waiver.
TECH:
All cars must check in at Tech before running. To streamline Tech we will be accepting all MiDiv regions' annual tech. Let the Tech worker know if you have an annual tech from your region. Empty car, have your number, and class on both sides of the car, drive to Tech area, and stay with the car. Tech by Driver at the direction of Tech Chief.
RUN/WORK ORDER, GRID ASSIGNMENTS, AND WORK ASSIGNMENTS, NUMBER OF RUNS:
All classes will be run by heat, run order determined based on event entry. Run/Work Order, Grid Assignments, and Work Assignments will be available at Registration. Workers be ready to work as heat change overs will be brief and workers be on time. Lateness may be taken as a no-show and result in disqualification. A minimum of three runs each will be planned.
ON SITE REGISTRATION AND ALL ADULTS INSURANCE:
- All adults on site must sign the SCCA Liability Paper Waiver at registration or drivers may have your SCCA Annual Waiver Card.
- Drivers save time and get your card digitally at SCCA Annual Waiver Form.
PASSENGERS (NON COMPETING)AND SPECTATORS:
- All Passengers must be not competing and must complete the SCCA Adult Passenger Membership Application at registration & obtain a passenger wristband.
- NOTE: for insurance & safety, ONLY registered drivers & waivered passengers are allowed in the active grid.
- No spectators in grid - please use the marked spectator area or remain in the paddock/parking area.
- No minors in grid unless driving in the event.
MINOR INSURANCE AND ACCESS TO SITE:
- Minors between 12-17 that participate as a driver or passenger ride along MUST complete a digital Minor Waiver prior to the event & be completed online by all legal parents or guardians!
HOW TO GET A MINOR WAIVER? Link to complete an Annual Adult SCCA Waiver digital
- Minor & parents can digitally complete the Annual Waiver in the Online Store under Licenses & Waivers! Parents must complete the Annual Parental Consent form under their own logins & the minor must complete the Annual Waiver Minor form. Minor and both parents will need a profile and photo.
- Minors spectators must be accompanied by an adult if under twelve and do not need to have a Minor Waiver Form completed.
- Minors will have restricted access at events.
- No Minors in the grid area unless a driver.
NO KARTS ALLOWED:
- After a safety evaluation of our Yoder site by a third party, we can't safely run karts without extensive modification to our site - Karts cannot participate.
WHAT CLASS DOES MY CAR RUN IN?
- Search for your car in the official SCCA Rulebook or try this Link to SCCA Classifier.
- Open modifications, please register in XS-A or XS-B. are split by minimum vehicle weight.
- XS-A AWD: 3000 RWD: 2750 FWD: 2500
- XS-B RWD: 2150 FWD: 2000
CO-DRIVERS:
- To enter as a Co-driver in the same heat the first driver must complete the MSR entry, then the second driver should register using the "select a previous attendee" option.
- Limit two drivers per car.
- Co-driver cars must change numbers for each driver before every run.
- Co-driver cars: use a number less than one hundred for the first driver to add a one to the first number for the second driver. Example 1st Driver = 77, 2nd Driver = 177.
- Co-drivers be sure to change the number to the correct driver.
- These numbers are used by the timing crew & course workers to identify you.
- Wrong number will mean no time and delay the event.
WEATHER:
- We run rain or shine so be prepared.
- Site is very unprotected and open to the weather.
- Lightning in the area will delay the event until Safety says we can resume.

DRIVERS LICENSE:
- You need a valid driver's license with you at the event.
- Drivers under the age of 18: You & your parents must digitally complete the Annual Waiver in the Online Store under Licenses & Waivers! Parents must complete the Annual Parental Consent form under their own login &the minor must complete the Annual Waiver Minor form will be required to have BOTH parents or legal guardians sign a minor's competition waiver before participating. SCCA Minor Waiver information below.
LOANER HELMETS:
- A limited number of loaner helmets will be available.
- Bring your driver's license to the trailer to check out a helmet before your run heat.
- Finish your heat, return the loaner helmet to the trailer for return of your driver's license.
- First priority will be registered drivers please.
- If possible we may have loaner helmets for passengers.
SAFETY AND CONDUCT:
- Spectators and competitors not working must view the course from outside the designated course area and grid area.
- Speeding, burnouts, tire-warming, and other inappropriate activities at or near the site are potential grounds for event disqualification at the discretion of the series solo steward, event chairperson, or safety stewards.
- In grid and paddock, please drive slow and be mindful of people, cars, equipment, and oncoming traffic sharing close quarters.
